Yes, we can easily remove you from our system. When we delete your membership, any content associated with your membership is also deleted permanently.
We only use PayPal to process payments. PayPal has rigorous security and privacy systems in place. PayPal does not share your credit card details with us - they simply advise us when a payment is received and the name of the account it is linked to.
You can also use a Prezzy Card (available at most NZ Post shops) if you prefer.
You will see a tab at the top right of the website called 'My Account'. After you select it, you'll be able to manage your personal settings.
Follow the instructions on the login or sign in screen. You should see a link there that says "Lost password". If you are logged in, you can change your password under 'Settings' in 'My Account'. Make sure to check your spam or junk folders for a reset password email. If you have any problems, contact us.
We don't usually offer refunds unless there has been a payment processing error. Or if the site is unavailable (broken) for an extended period. Refer to our terms and conditions to read our refund policy.
